  Thank you, for your interest in the Bethel Wedding Chapel, we are happy to be able to present this newly remodeled facility to the public for quaint but elegant weddings at costs well below what you would expect to pay for such a beautiful setting. The City of McLemoresville has put much time into the renovation of the former Cumberland Presbyterian Church in order to turn it into the area's newest and nicest Wedding Chapel. We feel it's a great place for your wedding ceremony and once you see it you'll agree, contact us for an appointment to view the Bethel Wedding Chapel and M.A.C. Hall.

Wedding Ceremonies:
 These Standard Wedding includes use of the Bethel Wedding Chapel for a 3-Hour time period anytime between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday and Sundays 2pm through 5pm. You'll also receive a one hour rehearsal period free of charge during that same time frame as long as it does not interfere with any prior Chapel reservations.

 Bethel Wedding Chapel is fully decorated in standard whites, NO personal decorations allowed without prior permission, sorry no exceptions. Chapel furnishings provided with a 15-flame candelabra, 2 torch lighters, pew bouquets, table centerpiece with 7-flame candelabra, 3 large flower pedestal arrangements, piano, microphone and sound system with CD player.

 The standard wedding includes the preacher, wedding coordinator, music director with typical wedding music for 3-hours and parking attendants.

 Bride & Groom with:
•   Up to 15 Guests = $350
•   16 to 75 Guests = $450
$100 non-refundable deposit required to hold reservation date.
Payment balance due prior to wedding.

Notice: No Food or Drinks Inside Chapel. No Alcohol on Premises. No Smoking Inside Chapel. No Personal Decorations.
No Bubbles or Rice Inside Chapel.
Each additional hour of Chapel rental for photography, socializing, etc. is priced at $100 per hour.



Wedding Extras Offered A la Carte:
A la Carte prices are starting costs ONLY, more elaborate or unusual supplies or services the higher the costs will be.
 • Color coordinated Chapel decorations starting at $200
 • Special request music available starting at $100.  You may provide your own music tracks on CD to be played free of charge. All music provided by the Bride and Groom MUST BE on a single CD. Custom compilations from your personal CD's available, ask for a price quote from our music director.
 • Unity Candles starting at $6 each
 • Wedding Guest Register Books starting at $12 each
 • Boutonnieres starting at $15 each
 • Bridal Bouquets starting at $25 each
 • Bridesmaid Bouquets starting at $20 each
 • Ushers/Escorts $40 each for 1st. 3-hours, $15 each per additional hour.
 • Live Wedding Music Performers starting at $400
 • Wedding Photographers starting at $600
Payment in Full on Day of Order for all A la Carte Services.


Wedding Receptions:
 We are currently offering a Standard Reception Package to coordinate with your wedding and includes use of the MAC for a 3-Hours following the wedding ceremony. The Bride and Groom and their guests are treated like royalty at our McLemoresville Activities Center with cake, punch, nuts and mints. Our Standard Reception Package comes complete with color coordinated 3-Tier Wedding Cake, Iced Punch (in any flavor), Coffee, Mixed Nuts, Mints, Plates, Cups, Utensils, Napkins and Cake Knife. Our Reception Hall is fully decorated with white table cloths, floral centerpiece, large serving tables, and gifts table.

  Bride and Groom with:
•   Up to 15 Guests = $400
•   $5 For Each Additional Guest
$100 non-refundable deposit required to hold reservation date.
Payment in full one week prior to reception.

Notice: No Alcohol on Premises. No Smoking Inside Hall.
Each additional hour of Reception Hall rental for photography, socializing, etc. is priced at $100 per hour.

Our ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGES:
 We are offering complete turn-key wedding packages for the couple who wants to be pampered and not have to make many decisions, we meet with the Bride and Groom to discuss the basics and coordinate everything for them from there. Just show up in your wedding clothes and we'll have everything from the Wedding Chapel to the Reception Hall ready. Looking for the easy ceremony and don't have time to do much planning, let us take care of it for you, our wedding director will have the perfect ceremony planned for you.

• 3-Hour Wedding and Social:
Complete with Bridal Bouquet, Boutonnieres, Bridesmaid Bouquets, Unity Candle, Wedding/Reception Guest Register, Preacher, Music Director, Wedding Coordinator, 3 Ushers/Escorts, and 2 Parking Attendants at Chapel.
• 2-Hour Rehearsal:
  
A full 2-hour rehearsal at Chapel with Preacher, Music Director, Wedding Coordinator.
• Rehearsal Luncheon or Supperette:
  
(Deli-Style Finger Foods, Drinks, Snacks at MAC for up to 15 people)
• 4-Hour Reception:
Large 4-Tier Color Coordinated Cake (any flavor), Groom's Cake, Sheet Cake, Ice Cream, Coffee, Iced Punch (any flavor) Mixed Nuts, Mints, Party Favors, Deli Trays (cheeses, condiments, sliced meats). Music Director/DJ

  Bride and Groom with:
•   Up to 15 Guests = $2500
•   16 to 50 Guests = $3000
•   51 to 80 Guests = $3500
$250 non-refundable deposit required to hold reservation date.
Payment in full one week prior to wedding.

Wedding Etiquette: it is customary for the Groom to tip the Preacher or Marriage Officiator a minimum of $50. All other fees for services, servers and attendants are covered in our Wedding and/or Reception Packages. Tips and gratuities to any of these personnel is not required but is greatly appreciated, if any of these individuals provided services above and beyond what was expected you may tip each as you see fit.
